Typescript License Agreement

3.2 Customer Data. The licensee grants the Company a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-negotiable, sub-licensable right and license to use the Customer Data only for limited purposes and only to the extent necessary for the performance of the Company`s obligations under this Agreement. This support is (a) provided to answer routine questions regarding the use of the software; (b) assist the policyholder in identifying and reporting errors that can be corrected; (c) assist the licensee in identifying and reporting new features and functional improvements that may justify the development of an update or extension; and (d) provide solutions for change where reasonably possible. Support services only cover support services and licensee is responsible for obtaining operational environments specified by the company in the documentation at its own expense. Where additional implementation services are required due to an incompatibility between licensee`s operating environment and the software and the licensee requests the company to provide other services and the company agrees to provide such additional services (“additional services”), these are provided by the company in accordance with Appendix B. .
